Still a good time to buy?

I am currently using BTC as my 'piggy bank'. I will be holding for as long as I feel necessary and keep buying as I expect the price to keep rising as I imagine you all do also. I'm no expert in trading BTC, I'm a minor sheep that's just aware of whats going on around us here in the UK. Especially with the 'Cashless Society' coming into place here here in the UK and other countries.

Basically my question is, should I keep buying what I can no matter the price right now?
