Still waiting on verification from Binance.us

I wanted to have other options during outages and bull rushes, so I signed up for Binance.us in February of 2021. Here we are, 4 months later, and many Reddit thread scourings into the verification process.

Problem: Stuck on part 3 of the account process: Verify Your Identity (Pending verification)

What I have already done:

-Uploaded my personal information.

-Opened a support ticket ( April, 2021 via this advice) https://support.binance.us/hc/en-us/articles/1500002364042 and waited for a response.

Response from Binance Support:

"Thanks for reaching out to Binance.US Support!

After reviewing your account, we do not show that you have begun the USD verification process.

Before we can assist you further with USD verification, we will need you to start the process on your side.

Please follow this guide to do so, and don't hesitate let us know if you have any questions along the way, we are here to help! "

I already completed those steps, but I've been in tech support/customer support in my younger years, and we all know that some users claim to complete steps when they haven't. I'm willing to submit the information again, but that part of the process is stuck on pending verification. I specifically cannot submit the documents again.

I want to. It was fine the first time, but troubleshooting should be committed and thorough. However, I cannot, and I'd rather not do too much experimentation.

Filled out a survey that was on the verification news update. The link for that survey is now gone.

I have a few other options. I'm in the USA (yeah yeah, working on moving), and I'm currently on Coinbase, Kraken, and pending at eToro. I'm also working my way off of RobinHood (though I'm keeping a few traditional shares in businesses, but this is about crypto).

My main concern here is buying altcoins. I'm suffering one of the few major problems with burying crypto and not looking; apparently I missed a lot in terms of regulation, costs, and closures.

Every step I can see to buy altcoins and new projects with relative safety involves Binance's Smart Chain, and my main option has been TrustWallet (I've seen MetaMask. I've tried it, but I assume that my main problem is the same there).

The fees to buy BNB are ridiculous, so I'd like to be able to buy directly from Binance. Unfortunately, this verification problem has kept me on the edge of the market for a long time.

The scam attempts in my DMs got old a long time ago.

So, does anyone have any information for how I can push this verification through?
