The fact we can “get bored of crypto” is an issue for crypto, and means we’re nowhere near mass adoption yet.

Think about it, getting bored of FIAT isn’t even an option that exists at all. So the mere fact that anyone could go ahead and say “I have been bored of crypto” means that crypto has not yet been fleshed out as a full on fledged out currency.

So heres why i think some people do get bored of crypto and if theres any possibility to solve it.

The reasons in my opinion its not seen as a legit full on currency are:

• Crypto has started off being mainstream with more so the idea of get rich quick profits, and not as much for the idea of a new currency that is decentralized, and yada yada.

• it is not often seen as a legit currency but more so as a stock market or gambling game instead.

• It has a wide variety of options that seem to devalue it because of the sheer amount of useless cryptos

So Why do people seem to be getting bored of it so often? Heres what i think:

• recently because of the long bear and crab markets, people lose hope or get bored seeing the same price everyday.

• if by some, it is considered a gambling game, just like with all games, people get bored of it and move on.

This is bad for crypto, as with every new adopter we get we might lose some due to lost interest and thus boredom.

Some things i think can remedy the issue:

• Using crypto more often for normal purchases. Solidifying it as a normal currency.

• making the new cryptos coming be more legit and backed and purposeful unlike shit coins.
