The wildest 8 hours of my life

So I randomly check my Coinbase last night and when I log in it says I received 8,627 btc. As you can imagine I IMMEDIATELY started sweating and closed the app in disbelief. After restarting my phone I log back in and ALL 550 million worth of bitcoin is STILL there. By this time it’s 9pm est, still in disbelief I try to sell 5 btc and its goes through with no issue. Withdrawal completes and funds hit my bank account. By this time it’s 1am and I’m now losing my mind trying to wrap my mind around wtf I just witnessed. I receive the scheduled maintenance message and wake up to 8,625 btc being sent back out of my account. My first question is, what the entire fuck happened yesterday and were there any repercussions if I had the gall to try and move the bitcoin to cold storage? The amount of adrenaline pumping through me right now is crazy, I will be chasing this high forever. I don’t think I will ever be THAT happy again ????
