There's no reason to start with a lot, you can start investing in Crypto with as little as you can afford.

Most of the time people stay out of the market is because they feel as if the amount of money they afford to invest isn't enough. So either they stay out of it, or invest more than they can afford to lose, neither of which are advisable.

That's also one of the reasons why DCA works so well, because if you've got patience and with some time, that can build up to be a very good amount. It doesn't have to be thousands.

And it might not be that easy to turn that into a lot with Bitcoin, which needs more capital right now, but seeing the long term is better than looking at short term and having FOMO with the possibility of investing in some risky alts.

It might take some time, but if it's money you don't need, it will be built up pretty quickly if you're consistent with DCA. And then you can always DCA the same amount out in a bull run. And DCAing works in both markets, no need to time or anything of the sort.
