The crypto universe is not new for me. But just recently I started a "go to crypto" movement in a more intensive way. I have some funds in a non-European country that I'm transferring to a more solid currency. In USD we have widely know and consolidated options: USDC and USDT. But for Euro the best option by far seems to be EURS. But I don't know as much about it and trying to access their website to learn more in "transparency" page I get a 404 error:

What's your opinion about EURS? It's safe? Any cons or controversy?
I'm trading my "non-European currency" to USDC, but it will be a lot better if I could have in EUR directly because I will need this funds in EUR in the future. This way I can avoid trading USDC -> EUR when I finally need to spend the money.
