Three attacks on PoS Ethereum - any rebuttals out there?

Hey! I'm just completing a readthrough of this fantastic paper on some pretty serious attack vectors on PoS Ethereum for my podcast Ethereum Audible, I'm looking for any articles, responses or research that's out there rebutting it.
