Token displaying issues of transactions show transfers but no holders and tokens do not show in addresses

I know this took place on polygon but I’m hopeful ethereum community could provide some assistance network issues, transactions show transfers of tokens but no holders and tokens do not show in addresses.

i have a strange problem. this is strange how could this token not have any data and not show in wallet addresses when it shows it was clearly sent to people:

it displays on opensea no problem but when it goes to check to view assets in user wallet it doesn’t show. has anyone encountered this issue?

If: - If logs show properly - Transactions shows tokens were sent - and the time has passed relative latency - even opensea denotes it was sent

what else could it be?
