Trading my 401K for Ether

Ive been considering getting rid of my 401K and using Ethereum for my retirement/future bank account. Im not asking for financial advice because I do understand the risks, but what I am asking for is what I will be paying for besides taxes and if I will run into any other issues trying to get it out of my 401K. Ive had my 401K for less than 6 months and only have 7.1 UPS shares. I haven't gotten any contributions from my employer yet and am not sure when I will.

I also will most likely keep my 401K anyways for some sort of diversity for my portfolio and am only 19 with a nice income and a secure job. This is mostly hypothetical.
