Why are my sats/vB much higher than what memepool estimates to be the current cost for low, medium, and high priority transactions whenever I transfer BTC to my cold wallet from Binance? For example, last night my transactions fees for 45 sats/vB when memepool was saying at most it would be something like 3-4 sats for high priority transactions. I use electrum to generate the address and my own node to verify the transaction. Thanks.
