I bought some ETH back in 2016. Just in case I wanna cash out and my bank's gonna ask me where the money comes from, I want to download an receipt to show them.
The thing is: I don't remember at which exchange I bought them!
According to the blockchain, the following address sent me the Ethers: 0x120a270bbc009644e35f0bb6ab13f95b8199c4ad which resolves to "ShapeShift 1".
This does not ring a bell to me. Also it looks more like a DEX, but I think I bought it on a central exchange (especially back in 2016, DEXes didn't exist).
Did ShapeShift maybe buy some exchanges/companies? Can anybody give me a useful hint to track down the exchange?
