Trying to remove the Phone Number Verification

Some time ago I created a binance account to know how to invest in crypto, but since at that time they did not accept my card to make deposits, I abandoned the account. Now I have seen friends who make their investments there and I want to go back and try again but back then I registered a number with which I no longer have. In the process of deleting that number, they ask me for verification, I do everything well, but for two days I have received the same response from the bots "Unable to read your ID" , no matter how I take the photo, I always end up with that message. I created another account and at the time of verification it tells me that according to the terms of binance I cannot have two accounts so I cannot access the new one. Any recommendation?
