UK Withdrawals??

Hello,

I know this has been asked a thousand times, but I can't find any recent thread about it.

Can we withdraw from Binance to ANY UK bank?

I read mixed reviews about Monzo and Starling seemed to have had a ban and now is lifted so I am quite confused.

What happens if I try to send money to Monzo for example, and they don't accept it? Does it go back to Binance or does it get lost?
