Unable to purchase via bank card

Hi all,

I am unable to purchase crypto with bank card. When trying to purchase on mobile app it states the server is busy and try later. Browser throws error message (error code: 999000009).

I registered on Binance and verified in country A. I use Revolut, my cards are issued in country B.

I went through support: mobile app cache cleard and phone restarted. The issue is still present.

I was transferred to other support where they told that my bank card should be issued in country A.

What is strange because 3 days ago I was able to buy other crypto (eth) with smaller amounts, but since then I can't do any purchase with bigger amounts (busd).

Did anyone have the same/similar issue and what was the solution? Or did i miss something and there was a change and how to get a card from country A?

(As I am verified I am still in the daily purchase limit)

Update: I tried again but this time to buy ETH. Without error message I could. Tried USDT and BUSD and failed. So seems there is an issue with stable coins.
