Understand Network fee. Big difference between etherscan estimation and the transaction estimation

Hello,

I'm not really new to the blockchain/crypto. Until now, all I do was just buying and holding.

I'm getting more and more interested in the DAPPs world and also NFT.

I tried to purchase an eth domain name and this is the estimation I got for the network fee:

But according to https://etherscan.io/, this is supposed to be the estimated network fee:

I don't understand the difference between the etherscan estimation (~ $7) and the transaction (~ $150). Is it something I missing?
