I have made a deposit without MEMO. I opened a ticket 3 weeks ago, I provided all the documents, selfies, transaction hexs. I got no response, I'm trying to contact someone but its impossible. It shouldn't take this long since I provided everything needed to proove I'm the account owner. This is a lot of money for me, we shouldn't be waiting 3 weeks for missing something NOT mandatory for the protocol.
