Wallets that allow for gas price adjustment WHILE setting transaction value?

I've tried this on both MetaMask and Coinbase Wallet, and neither allow this functionality which seems crazy.

Basically, I have $10 in a wallet and I want to completely empty it out. I never use that 100+ gwei gas price, and I always set it to 50ish because I don't care when it gets there. So the gas in this case will cost me $2, and my transaction value should be $8.

However, in all the wallet apps I've come across, you can only set the gas price after you set the transaction value. And when you put in the transaction value of $8, it tells me I don't have enough funds because it thinks I'm going to pay the 100+ gwei normal gas fee, and I can't even move onto the step of of lowering the gas amount because the transaction input is blocked.

This is so trivial and annoying that I'm tempted to just write my own program, but does anyone know of a quick wallet I can use that actually lets you set the gas as you set the tx value or doesn't block?
