We need radio-repeater and incentives for it

To mine Bitcoin “without“ internet is possible via radio waves. But there still needs to be an internet connection somewhere where the miners that get their information via radio waves sends it back via the internet. This connection should be on a standard radio frequency and should get rewarded if the over-the-air-connected miners profit from this.

This would massively help having such over the air mining miners and would make it resistant against possible governmental censorship
