We Need to Change the ‘Get Rich Quick’ mentality that has started to Burden Crypto.

One of the beautiful things about cryptocurrency is it’s potential to make enormous price movements in short periods. This offers investors the ability to make investments with quick gains and early gratification. This alone attracts many investors to the market.

However the flip side of this is that crypto can also fall rapidly and slump into long bear markets. The second this happens crypto is showered in bad press and a lot of investors go running.

Crypto is allowed to have a downturn like any other market.

The stock market isn’t blamed for a downturn, but rather is a mere reflection of global financial contraction.

I feel as though the masses don’t let crypto have a downturn and that it’s only supposed to go up. It needs to be viewed as a long term investment that will pay off long term to those that are patient and that it’s more than a get rich quick play. It’s reputation is suffering as a result of this.
