Weird things happening. I don't know what to do first.

This is the collection of events:

• I needed to withdraw a small amount of LTC, so I moved some funds from Funding to Spot and converted them to LTC.
• I received to Withdraw page, picked LTC from the listing, crammed in the withdrawal handle and the amount, and clicked Withdraw.
• There was some uncommon delay then I acquired the popup with the safety examine (mail, SMS and auth codes)(?).
• I clicked first for the SMS code, but once I clicked to get the mail security code some bizarre error message about "mistaken tackle format" and "lacking the memo" appeared (I'm sorry I can't reproduce it).
• After this one thing strange occurred. All my funds have been moved from Funding to Spot and transformed to LTC, additionally people who have been already in Spot.
• I checked the history and it appears that operations occurred at the similar time, one thing like a script.
  

I've Avast Premium Safety updated and the final Home windows 10 update.

Might be this an interface bug (Binance web site)? Or I might have some undetectable malware, perhaps some Chrome extension?

What do you assume I should do next?
