A part of these funds are mine, however the guy who's been managing them says they will't be withdrawn. At first, I assumed the fact that they have been moved to Binance Scorching Wallet 6 meant he had moved them to Binance, but then he stated if that have been really his pockets, he would have the entire amount displayed there, and never 11.000 USD.
Might somebody shed some mild on this, please?
