What happens if you don’t say “this is not a financial advice”?

Hey there. The question could seem like shitpost, or maybe not, who knows I figure I’m not the only one with this question.

But for real though, I’ve seen this everywhere since I started learning about cryptocurrencies and the stock market.

Is it possible to account to someone if said person doesn’t state otherwise? Like for example if you say “I wholeheartedly believe Bitcoin will surge above 100k by January” and if I don’t include the legend is someone able to say they followed my so called advice and do something?

Or is it just something I missed all together?

Anyway, either I get an answer or shitpost replies I’ll be satisfied.
