What if Michael Saylor forgot Microstrategy's keys this whole time?

MSTR is buying all this bitcoin, and I assume it's multi sig. But what if michael just all of a sudden forgot his recovery phrases and his employees conspired against him for low pay long hours or something and they take all the hardware wallets? Is this an actual thing michael should be worrying about? He and mstr already hold a large chunk of btc in relation to the total possible supply
