There is no particular background for this question, it just popped in my head last night over during Christmas dinner and I've been curious since to know if there is a tool/website for evaluating/tracking details/metrics of deployed contracts.
One does not necessarily need to take gas efficiency into the equation, the focus should be on what the smart contract does from a business logic.
One example I have in mind is "you send some tokens to a SC with a list of addresses which, after a period of time has passed, could withdraw the tokens in addition to the owner", lot of scenario in which this can be useful: gifting token to young family members, inheritance, etc ...
Would be nice if one can provide some links too
