What is your biggest challenge when evaluating a Web3 project?

Really curious how you all go about evaluating whether a Web3 project is something that you want to invest in? Is there a specific place that you go?

For me, assessing the quality of a project is probably my biggest challenge. It can be hard to know whether a project is legitimate because it can be so easy to fake a good website, social media page, hype, etc. these days especially with how popular AI is becoming now.

What do you think? With meme coin season starting to be in full swing I'm seeing lots of people apeing into projects and losing money and then complaining about it.
