Here is a a breakdown of my current investment portfolio:
- 40% stocks/index funds
- 40% real estate
- 10% crypto (70% ETH/BTC, 30% alts)
- 5% MTG (I never intended for this to be an investment, but my reserve list cards have appreciated quite a bit the past 2 years)
- 5% filthy fiat
