What to do with PotCoin?

Hello,

years ago I've stupidly bought some PotCoin and haven't been able to exchange it since the trading platform got shut down. Now they sit in my wallet which can't even find block sources so it seems like I'm stuck.

Are there any exchange platforms nowadays that deal with PotCoin? Is it even worth exchanging or is its value so low that giving up would be the cheaper option?

I don't want to spend hours trying to synchronize my wallet only to find out that the coins cannot be exchanged anymore. Internet advice on how to make it work wasn't too helpful, I can't even find the wallet download on their website anymore so I can't check if I have the newest version.
