What’s happening lately?

Every few days I read some headline that says something along the lines of “XYZ invests 4 billion into BTC” and then more headlines about all these major investments and speculations being made into it, yet the price hasn’t fluctuated more than $15,000 USD the last few months, and substantially less the last month or so. Seems like there’s been tens of billions of dollars invested the last while by major players in the game, yet things aren’t really moving. What would it take at this point for the price to absolutely rocket?
