what’s the actual risk?

i’m considering investing more into eth before we go parabolic here and would be grateful for more experienced perspectives.
i’m nervous about putting more of my savings in but all my research is saying the numbers will continue to climb this cycle (with intermittent corrections). nothing is certain, of course, but it’s looking very close to certain in my inexperienced eyes.

barring a complete, unexpected market collapse, isn’t the worst case scenario that everything temporarily dumps and i just have to hold through a bear cycle? or am i missing something key in my risk/benefit assessment here?
