Whats you're strategy for profit taking?

I hate it, when the market is green and euphoric I feel like a God tier investor that hit the lotto. But then when it rolls over and tanks I feel like an idiot for NOT selling. In my defense I usually just hold but I always think to my self, "man if it I had just sold all here and rebought I could have doubled my bag"

To be frank I still think we have a long way to go, I think BTC can 2x , ETH can 3x, AVAX can 4x, ADA can go down another 10% (joking *cries in ADA)

But then I look at my Metaverse and gaming bags. I knew they'd go up that's why I bought, but they are clearly the talk of the town, I'll be honest I don't know If tokens like SAND, MANA, GALA is worth .70 cents or 400 dollars.

So here is what I'm doing, just decided to sell 30% of some of my Meta and gaming tokens, I am probably wrong, we will probably keep going up. At which time I can take another 30% off the table. And if we pull back, I can use that Cash to buy more and add to my position.

I am longterm bullish on basically everything in Crypto. Which us why its so hard for me to sell. But when you're up 1000x in a month. I feel like I'm TRYING to be smart, I'm telling myself don't be greedy. Buying is easy selling is hard.

What is your strategy, do you never sell, wait for the top and sell all, nibble in and out of positions. Let me know!
