Where do you think we are in the Market Cycle?

Within the last 3 bear market cycles something that continuously has happen before the start of the bull run is the "loss of interest" phase. This is where investors, more importantly, the media will tend to forget and go on with their lives as if the Crypto chapter has closed. During this cycle the buzz around bitcoin and other cryptos has been stronger than ever. Of course mass adoption is far from here but all good signals for the future. Does this mean were in for another dip? Will bitcoin rally? Or will it pump to 28k before diving to 17.5k?
