Where Have All the Crypto Lotteries Gone?

I think that blockchain is the perfect solution for a lottery.
Offline, tons of people play the lottery.
Why are there none online?

Where you could just bet eth\usdt, and potentially win millions.
Without relying on the organizers, using some solid on-chain randomness.
Without KYC, email registration, and with instant payout.

I studied the top Google results, several articles listing crypto lotteries relevant in 2023, asked AI. Here's what came up. But I still didn't find a proper crypto lottery.

Megamoon looks pretty good functionality-wise, but seems like it was abandoned 2 months ago. And judging by the block explorer no one uses it.

There's no shortage of slots and sports betting. And sports express bets are used like lotteries too. Is sports still perceived by players as the most reliable source of randomness?
Anyone know why no crypto lottery project has managed to properly take off?
