I know bitcoin core would be the best but I need something with a bit of UI.
I‘m running a BTC node (edit: + Electrs) + lightning + mempool + tor snowflake on umbrel. I know it’s not FOSS but apart from that I am struggling with the performance when connecting a wallet.
It’s a pi4 with 8gb and 2tb so should be plenty. The UI itself is fast, but when I connect a wallet, I need several tries until it connects and then is super slow. Yesterday I tried to broadcast a transaction via sparrow and it straight out failed after trying to connect for a minute.
Do you have similar problems and do you think using something different than umbrel would solve it?
