For anyone who was around back in 2019 it became a running joke of people saying it was the "last chance to buy under $10k" - only for the price to then fall back under...
Obviously one of those posts would have been the final one (albeit in 2020, not 2019) and it hasn't been back below $10k since!
For some reason $30k seems like it may become the resistance/support level that was the great $10k wall 4 years ago..
One person will be the correct one though when they say "last chance to buy under $30k!" - but expect many people to get it wrong beforehand!
