Why are people bullish?

Can the bulls give me the reasons they are short term bullish? Ive been scarred by this bear market. Ive been looking for any good reason we had this short term run and only thing I can find is the IRS has given fluidity to us degens through tax refunds. I cant find any bullish economic signals. Everything I see is bearish. I firmly believe the only bullish signal is sentiment which is an emotional signal rooted in false hope. (In the short term). Is it possible that the whales that accumulated under 20k are manipulating the market to keep us range bound at the 29k limit and using retail for exit liquidity before the powers that be let the market dump? I theorize the whales are soaking up degen tax returns for an exit. I need some opinions on this.
