Why do people say lightning is not a good way for daily bitcoin transaction?

Have you used bitcoin lightning? What are your thoughts? Is it good and comfortable or a pain in the ass?

I have never used it. Still seeing bitcoin as a store of value for the next couple years. But for bitcoin to get to its full power, I think we have to make it usable just as fiat?

What are your thoughts? Really just curious!
