Why do they hate btc so much?

I don’t understand how these guys hate btc so much. They see some fluctuations and they are already salivating, ready to trash btc; its not like the stock market don’t experience fluctuations and volatility in itself. We are not forcing them to buy btc, nor are we convincing them that it should be their own store of value. They can use whatever they want as store of value like land, gold, or even a piggy bank if they see fit. Are they just disdainful they missed the ride, or do they think they know better than even the biggest asset manager which already considers btc as an asset?
