It's infuriating when there are no answers and tons of questions like this for only this garbage exchange. I've not had any other exchange just flat out disable deposit/withdraw EVER. Of course their support is useless at best if they even manage to respond.
EDIT: To the people who downvoted this. Maybe if your favorite exchange wasn't a thief and a straight up garbage exchange there wouldn't be posts like this.
