Hey, 30 mins ago I sent 775 USDC to some other address, but it's still pending. According to the transaction hash, the gas price for that transaction was 6.85 Gwei. However, the gas now is around 12 gwei. Is this the reason that my transaction is pending or what? If yes, will it complete if the gas will drop to what I paid? My intuition says that there is some preference for people who paid more gas fees than me at the moment. Is it wrong or what? Thanks.
