I just read this article about a user who was using a new taproot technology on binance and lost all his bitcoins. The binance support was very unfriendly and said it was his fault, while every developer in the binance forum where he asked for help, said it was clearly Binance's failure..
I lost alot of trust in Binance after this incident. How safe are our coins on this platform?!? I will sell half of my BNB today, and many others leave binance because of the trust issue.
