Wishing for CBDCs to happen cause it may help crypto adoption is totally naive way of thinking. Don't wish for things you won't be able to control.

When I was a kid some of my friends learned that if war happen you don't need go to school (they heard some wwII stories), so for years they wished for the same happening to us. Happily it never did. But it show how short sighted some people are in their wishes. They want short term profit, like free day of school or crypto pump, but are unable to fully understand long term risk - war or total control over our finances thanks to CBDCs. People that think CBDC may be partially good thing, cause they will pump their crypto bag are naive as kids that think war will let them don't go to school.

Yes, CBDCs may possibly help crypto, but they are double edged sword at best, they may also ruin your personal life, take away your freedom and stop you from investing in crypto at all. CBDC mean banks and government will have total control over your freedom and finances. You will say something bad about them? Your money will dissapear or be frozen, what you will do then? Use cash? Cash may be illegal. Use crypto? It may be banned. You really think CBDC won't be overused to keep total control over society, just it will pump your crypto bag and do no harm?

Ask yourself what you will do if your country introduce CBDC and remove cash? If crypto will be illegal or impossible to buy. If CBDCs will have expiration date? All this can be our reality and if governments will be able to introduce CBDC in few years we may be unable to stop it. If you think society won't allow it you are naive. They will, gold once banned in US for 40 years and people did nothing. Covid happened and for 2 years we were locked and unable to travel, msot people just accepted it. Humans have suprisingly strong ability to ignore problems as long as they hurt someone else more than them. If you have family to feed you won't risk protesting about anything if CBDC will be a thing. You will stay quiet and probably think it is for your own good. Government will tell it is to stop terrorism, drug dealers or tax evaders. They always do it of they want to scare people into submission. And we, crypto investors may be one of biggest victims. Ofc crypto won't die, but are your ready to move abroad just to be able to use it? Or you will stay in your country with CBDC. It is hard choice you must be ready to make if you wish for CBDC to happen. It is like gambling, you wish to win, but ignore things you can lose.

If you want mass crypto adoption stop being naive selfish fool that think CBDC aren't that bad cause you may profit from them. You have no idea what you wish for. If CBDC will become a thing once we may be unable to ever stop it. We will live in dystopian cashless society, with no freedom and limited access to crypto. That's not what any of us want, so we all should always say in one voice that CBDCs are one of greatest evils of modern world and should be stopped by any means. Educate people around you, protest as much as you can and vote out any dumb politician who propose them. Don't be naive with thinking you can outsmart the system and profit from it.
