WISPs aren't *super* common, but if you live in one of those extremely rural really bad internet (or no internet) areas and you know you wire up a bunch of direction antennas to get a connection to a place close enough that has pretty good internet, you can start up a WISP. This is a tool you could use to accept Bitcoin payments for the service provided.
