Withdraw in BTC always manually checked now?

So I have withdrawn btc a few times lately (on binance.com) and except for the first time it now always says its going to verify it and it will take up to 12 hours. I was always a bit below the 2 BTC limit. And the withdrawls actually all went thru pretty fast still, even with the manual check. So I am not complaining, i just think this is a bit bad for binance, if you are going to put the withdrawl thru anyway within a few minutes, why scare your customers with a manual check warning?
