withdraw tokens from Binance not allowed?

I have few IOTA in Binance (not the binance dot US). Last time I logged in, few months ago, US users were not allowed to trade, but allowed to convert to BNB or transfer to other accounts. Since IOTA was suspended due to token migration, I was not able to convert or transfer at that time. I left it in the a/c hoping that I can transfer/convert once IOTA migration is complete (not sure if that migration is complete now, but the tocken is still suspended in Binance!).

Today, I was trying to log in to Binance, it won't allow me. I have my coins but, seems, not able to do anything! Am I going to loose it! Does any one have similar issue? Any suggestion is appreciated.
