Withdrawals are temporarily suspended due to risk control

I've been using Binance for quite a while with no issues. Their trading platform is awesome!

However, I've been having issues on withdrawing my cyptos. Binance has suspended my withdrawals due to security concerns which I understand. However, they shouldn't put the withdrawals of my cryptos after complying and providing all information that they've instructed me to do and provide.

Binance Customer Service response time and inconsistencies on how to resolve the issue has been frustrating. I've provided all information that they need and they still keep on transferring my case to their "relevant agent". This shouldn't happen to anyone.
