Withdrawl suspended (all my money are on Binance)

I was wondering if anything will happen with my money, if I will ever get my money back!

I posted here but again, I have no answer from no one. I opened a ticket, they said to provide all the proof and after that silence, nobody's trying to do anything about my problem.

I already said that all my money were in Binance so in the present I don't have money to pay the rent. Until 15 of August I don't know what I will do. Please can one moderator look for my situation? I didn't do anything wrong, I just want to use MY money. I messaged all the moderators from here as well, no answer. What can I do ? Is there a telephone number where I can call? I am from Europe, binance.com, not US.

Please anyone who has been through this, tell me what should I do in order to use my money again.
