Will zKSync network have privacy by default?

I thought this was the technology behind zKSNARKS and z-cash?

I really dislike the account based system for ETH, technically its worse privacy than Bitcoin which uses different change addresses each time you spend. You could hide your total balance so long as you don't consolidate your funds and it would be quite difficult without complex chain analysis tools to identify a cluster of addresses that (probably belong to you).

But with ETH any pleb using a block explorer can find your account address and find your total ETH balance and any tokens you have.

Are there any popular second layers that have privacy in ETH?
