2 of 3 Multi Sig Options

Hi, I'm curious how everyone sets up and operates a 2 of 3 multi sig wallet. I've got several questions below and am curious how others have gone about their ideal setup.

- What wallet software do you recommend? I'm leaning towards sparrow wallet?

- With Sparrow and Coldcard can you use the cold card to do QR code signatures for sending receiving? Can I avoid using the SD cards?

- Cold Card plus what other devices/software do you use and recommend for your 2 other seeds?

- I'm reading that you need to have all 3 of your xpubs backed up? How does one go about doing this? Backup onto an SD card? How many SD cards and where is a good place to store them that you've used?

- And what is the point of backing up your seed onto an encrypted SD card if I've already stored my seed onto a steel plate? You get the xpub and derivation path of that one seed? But why do I need that if I backup all my xpubs onto another SD card for storing and securing?

- I'm also leaning towards NOT using a passphrase for any of the seeds...
