Accepting Bitcoin as payment - Help!

Hey folks,

I am looking to accept bitcoin as payment for a craft show. At the show I already take cash and credit cards. Am I able to simply set up a hot wallet on something like blockstream green and take payment, and record the tax details later? Or is it a better option to use Bitpay/coinbase buisiness for that kind of thing?

We likely wont be getting too much traction on the bitcoin payments, I just want it to be an option! Any help is appreciated.
