All my crypto stolen - Binance is taking forever to respond

I submitted a ticket to binance to lock my account because it was compromised, of course with the slow response rates no one got back to me and the withdrawals still occurred despite my support ticket. It was heart breaking watching the withdrawals happen one after the other through email confirmations as the thief cleared my account of all my crypto. I was unable to lock my account because I have 2FA and my phone was what was stolen. Does anyone know if binance will take this into consideration? This was about $6,000 worth of crypto (all of my savings) and I submitted this ticket since last week. Please someone help me out or let me know how I can make some money in the next 30 days ... I have been looking at getting into wholesaling houses and stuff. Please help super depressed and desperate.
